Research on Solution to Number Portability for VoLTE User

为了研究在现有4G网络条件下VoLTE携号转网用户的接入与业务实现流程,在对携号转网业务梳理及现状分析的基础上,结合VoLTE网络架构特点,提出一种基于IMS的VoLTE用户携号转网方案,并对各类携转用户的语音及短信流程进行详细分析,包括携入、携出及双向携带VoLTE用户的主被叫流程。

In order to investigate the access and business process of VoLTE number portability user in existing 4G networks, the number portability Service and status were addressed. In the light of characteristics of VoLTE network architecture, a solution to number portability based on IMS for VoLTE user was proposed. The process of voice and short message service for different users of number portability was analyzed in detail including the calling and called processes of move-in, move-out and bi-directional VoLTE users.
