摘要
为研究油酸钠体系下SiO_3^(2-)对白云母浮选行为的作用机理,采用浮选溶液化学、ζ电位、EDS和FTIR等方法对白云母样品进行了表征。结果表明,在矿浆pH值为6、油酸钠浓度为9.20×10^(-4)mol/L、SiO_3^(2-)浓度为3.53×10^(-5)mol/L的条件下,白云母仅有0.10%的回收率,SiO_3^(2-)可明显降低白云母的可浮性。
For research the mechanism of SiO_3^(2-) on the flotation behavior of muscovite in sodium oleate system, the muscovite samples were characterized by flotation solution chemistry, ζ potential, EDS and FTIR spectra etc was investigated. The result showed that when the pulp pH value was 6, the concentration of sodium oleate was 9.20×10^(-4) mol/L and the concentration of SiO_3^(2-) was 3.53×10^(-5) mol/L, the recovery rate of muscovite is only 0.10%, the flotation behavior of muscovite was obviously inhibited by SiO_3^(2-).
