摘要
为提高大鳞片石墨保护率,针对马达加斯加某大鳞片石墨矿进行了选矿试验研究。在磨矿介质为钢棒、磨矿质量分数为60%,-0.15mm含量为68.73%,浮选质量分数33%,生石灰用量2000 g/t,煤油用量160 g/t,2#油用量60 g/t的粗选条件下,采用"2段粗磨粗选、5段再磨8次精选、合格大鳞片石墨预先分级、中矿返回"的闭路流程,获得固定碳质量分数为90.21%、保护率为69.19%的+0.3 mm产品,以及固定碳质量分数为92.48%、保护率为73.01%的0.15~0.3 mm产品。
The study on beneficiation of large flake graphite ore in Madagascar was researched to improve the protection rate of large flake graphite. In the roughing conditions of grinding medium for the steel bar, grinding concentration of 60%,-0.15 mm content of 68.73%, flotation concentration of 33%, lime dosage of 2000 g/t, kerosene dosage 160 g/t, 2# oil dosage 60 g/t, the +0.3 mm concentrate with fixed carbon content of 90.21% and protection rate of 69.19%, and 0.15~0.3 mm concentrate with fixed carbon content of 92.48% and protection rate of 73.01% were obtained by the closed circuit of two rough grinding and flotation, five re-grinding and eight concentration, qualified large flake graphite pre-classification, middles returning.
