摘要
目的探讨肿瘤科护士职业获益感现状及影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查表、护士职业获益感量表对3 014名肿瘤科护士进行调查,并分析现状。结果肿瘤科护士职业获益感总分为(140.09±17.50)分;多元逐步回归分析显示,地区、年龄、是否独生子女、有无子女、工作年限、初始学历、职称、职务和家人关心程度等是职业获益感的影响因素(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论肿瘤科护士职业获益感处于中上等水平,应加强认知干预,引导护士感知职业益处,促进肿瘤护理专业健康发展。
Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of perceived professional benefit among oncology nurses. Methods The general in-formation questionnaire and Perceived Professional Benefit Scale were used to investigate 3014 oncology nurses,and then analyze the status. Results The total score of perceived professional benefit was (140. 09 ± 17. 50). Multi - stepwise regression analysis showed that,location,age,only child or not,with or without children,work year,initial level of education,professional title,position,and degree of family care were influencing factors(P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Perceived professional benefit of oncology nurses is in a moderate level. Effective measures should be taken to strengthen their positive professional identity,guide them to perceive the professional benefit,and improve the developement of oncology nursing.
