基于APP平台下的延续护理在腰椎内镜手术后患者中的应用

The application of APP in continuing care with patients after lumbar endoscopic surgery

目的探讨应用APP平台对腰椎内镜手术后患者进行延续护理的效果。方法将患腰椎间盘突出症行腰椎内镜手术治疗的168例患者分为实验组和对照组,对照组采用传统的出院指导,实验组在出院指导的基础上,组建APP延续护理小组,指导患者应用APP软件,并实施APP延续护理。结果实验组患者的失访率下降(P<0.01),功能锻炼依从性和满意度提高(P<0.01),术后3个月腰椎功能评分提高(P<0.01)。结论应用APP对腰椎内镜手术后患者进行延续护理可促进患者康复,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of APP on continuing care with patients after lumbar endoscopic surgery. Methods A total of 168 patients with protrasion of the lumbar intervertebral disci were divided into the control group and the intervention group. The control group received traditional discharge instruction,on the basis of which the intervention group established an APP continuing care group to instruct patients to apply this APP and implement continuing care. Results Patients in intervention group had lower loss to follow - up（P 〈 0. 01）and higher functional training compliance and satisfaction（P 〈 0. 01）. After 3 months,patients＇ lumbar function of intervention group had higher score（P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion The application of APP in continuing care with patients after lumbar endoscopic surgery can promote rehabilitation,and promote patients＇ quality of life.
