摘要 目的:研究交感神经阻滞对家兔脑出血后脑损伤的影响。方法:24只家兔随机分为3组:A组为对照组,B组为生理盐水+脑出血组,C组HTESB治疗组。A组采用1mL/kg的生理盐水注入其枕大池,硬膜外每2h注入生理盐水0.5ml;SAH组(B组)采用1mL/kg的自体动脉血注入枕大池处,硬膜外每2h注入生理盐水0.5ml;HTESB治疗组(C组)采用1mL/kg的自体动脉血注入枕大池处,硬膜外每2h注入利多卡因0.5ml。结果:B组中,家兔进食量减少以及发生神经功能障碍的情况同A、C两组间相比较明显增加(P<0.05);C组家兔进食量减少以及发生神经功能障碍的情况同A组之间的差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论:交感神经阻滞可以使神经功能障碍减轻并减轻脑出血后脑损伤。 Objective: To study the effect of sympathetic block on brain injury after intracerebral hemorrhage in rabbits. Methods: 24 rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: group A was control group, group B was normal saline + cerebral hemorrhage group and group C was HTESB treatment group. (Group A) : The lmL/kg of saline was injected into the cisterna magna; 0.5ml saline was injected to epidurals per 2 hours. SAH group (group B) : The lmL/kg of autologous arterial blood was injected into the cisterna magna; 0.Sml saline was injected to epidurals per 2 hours. HTESB treatment group (group C) : The lmL/kg of autologous arterial blood was injected into the cisterna magna; 0.5ml lidocaine was injected to epidurals per 2 hours (P〈0.05). Results: In group B, the situation that rabbits reduced food intake and had nerve dysfunction increased significantly compared with group A and C(P〈0.05).The difference was not significant between group A and group C in terms of this situation (P〉0.05). Conclusion: Sympathetic block can relief nerve dysfunction and alleviate cerebral injury following cerebral hemorrhage.
