桡骨远端C型骨折给予锁定加压钢板与外固定支架的干预效果观察

Observation of Intervention Effect of Locking Compression Plate and External Fixation Bracket in Distal C-type Fracture of Radius

目的:观察桡骨远端C型骨折给予锁定加压钢板与外固定支架的干预效果。方法:对照组给予外固定支架治疗,研究组给予锁定加压钢板治疗,对比两组疗效,随访期桡骨高度、掌倾角及尺偏角,术后4及12个月的GW评分。结果:研究组优良率为93.62%,与对照组70.21%比较优势显著(P<0.05);两组随访期桡骨高度、掌倾角及尺偏角无显著差异(P>0.05);研究组术后4个月GW评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05),两组术后12个月GW评分无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:桡骨远端C型骨折给予锁定加压钢板可显著强化近期疗效,但与外固定支架相比不能显著提升远期疗效,故应结合临床遴选最佳方案。

Objective： To observe the effect of locking the compression plate and the external fixation stent in distal C fractures of the distal radius. Methods： The control group was treated with external fixation, and the study group was treated with locking and compression plate. And then we compared two groups with efficacy, radial height of follow-up period, palm tilt angle, ulnar angle, and GW score after 4 and 12 months. Results： The excellent and good rate was 93.62% in the study group and 70.21% in the control group （P〈 0.05）. There was no significant difference in radius, palm inclination and ulnar angle between the two groups （P〉0.05）. The GW score of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group （P〈 0.05）. There was no significant difference in GW score between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The distal C-type fractures of the distal radius can significantly improve the short-term curative ,effect, but cannot significantly improve the long-term efficacy compared with the external fixation, it should be combined with the best clinical selection.
