循证护理在心力衰竭患者康复中的应用效果

The Application of Evidence-based Nursing in Rehabilitation of Heart Failure Patients

目的:对循证护理在心力衰竭患者康复中的应用效果进行分析。方法:从某院在2015年3月~2017年2月期间收治的心力衰竭患者中抽取130例,随机分为对照组与研究组。对照组使用常规护理干预,研究组使用循证护理模式,对比两组患者临床综合指标、护理满意度、生活质量评分。结果:护理后,研究组患者心功能评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),并且住院与症状缓解的时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度与生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在心力衰竭患者康复中应用循证护理方式,能够提升患者满意度与生活质量,加快恢复速度,缩短住院时间,提升护理效果,能够推广使用。

Objective： To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing in rehabilitation of patients with heart failure. Methods： 130 cases of heart failure patients in a hospital from March 2015 to February 2017 were selected randomly and averaged into the control group and the research group. The control group used routine nursing intervention, and the research group used the evidence-based nursing model to compare the clinical comprehensive index, nursing satisfaction and life quality score of the two groups. Results. After nursing, the cardiac function score of the research group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）; hospital days and the duration of the symptoms was obviously shorter than the control group （P〈0.05） ; the nursing satisfaction and quality of life score was significantly higher than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Rehabilitation in patients with heart failure in application of evidence-based nursing, can improve patient satisfaction and quality of life, promote the recovery, shorten hospitalization time and improve the nursing effect, so it can promote the use.
