社区护理对脑卒中患者日常生活能力的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of Community Nursing on the Daily Living Ability of Stroke Patients

目的:研究分析社区护理对脑卒中患者日常生活能力的影响。方法:从2015年4月~2016年4月期间社区中心收治的脑卒中患者中,选取84例患者纳入此研究领域中,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=42)和对照组(n=42),对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组接受社区护理,通过比较日常生活能力评估护理效果。结果:出院后1、3、6个月,观察组患者ADL评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对脑卒中患者,社区护理有利于增强其日常生活能力,改善生活质量,值得临床进一步推广和应用。

Objective： To study the effect of community nursing on the daily living ability of stroke patients. Methods： 84 patients with stroke from April 2015 to 2016 April in the community center were enrolled in this study and randomly divided into observation group （n=42） and control group （n =42）. The control group was treated with routine nursing and the observation group received community nursing. And then we assess the nursing effect through the comparison of the ability in daily life. Results： 1, 3, and 6 months after discharge, the ADL score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： For the patients with stroke, community nursing is helpful to enhance their ability of daily living and improve their quality of life.
