抗焦虑抑郁治疗对原发性高血压伴焦虑抑郁患者血压的影响

Effect of anti-anxiety and depression treatment on blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension complicated with anxiety and depression

目的:研究抗焦虑抑郁治疗方法对原发性高血压合并焦虑抑郁患者血压的影响。方法:纳入在潮州市中心医院心内科病房及门诊就诊100例原发性高血压合并焦虑抑郁患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字法分为两组,各50例,对照组予以常规降压联合安慰剂方案,试验组于其基础治疗予以度洛西汀联合地西泮方案,对比两组治疗前后焦虑抑郁评分、坐位血压疗效、动态血压、同型半胱氨酸以及CRP。结果:实验组SAS、SDS评分、d SBP、d DBP、n SBP、n DBP、同型半胱氨酸、CRP均显著低于对照组,且坐位血压疗效总有效率显著高于对照组(96%比80%,P<0.05)。结论:在常规降压基础上予以度洛西汀以及地西泮进行抗焦虑抑郁治疗,可对原发性高血压合并焦虑抑郁患者产生显著疗效,获得良好降压效果,应用价值高。

Objective ： To investigate the effect of anti-anxiety and depression treatment on blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension complicated with anxiety and depression. Methods：A total of 100 patients with essential hypertension complicated with anxiety and depression, who hospitalized in the Department of Cardiology and Outpatient Department in the Chaozhou Municipal Central Hospital were included as the subjects in the study. All patients were randomly divided into two groups （n = 50 each）. The control group was given a routine antibypertensive therapy combined with placebo. On the basis, the study group was given Duloxetine and Diazepam. The anxiety and depression score, effect of sitting blood pressure, ambulatory blood pressure, homocysteine and CRP before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups. Results：The SAS and SDS scores,dSBP, dDBP, nSBP, nDBP, homocysteine and CRP in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the total effective rate in sitting blood pressure was significantly higher than that in the control group （96% vs 80% P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Duloxetine and Diazepam can be used for antianxiety and depression treatment on the basis of conventional antihypertensive therapy, which shows significant effect in patients with essential hypertension complicated with anxiety and depression. The findings show good antihypertensive effect and high application value.
