摘要
高校协同创新团队建设中普遍存在有团队目标却少有个人目标、有抽象个人却难有具体个人、有物质激励却少有精神满足等不足。成就需要理论认为,有较高知识文化背景的人能否全身心地投入工作,关键取决于成就需要、权力需要、亲和需要等三种平行需要的满足程度。基于成就需要理论的视角,高校协同创新团队的管理者要认识与回应团队成员的个体目标,营造宽松愉悦的团队工作氛围,构建紧密和谐的团队人际关系。
There are the following problems in the construction of universities innovation team,including clear team goals but rare individual goals,with abstract individuals but not specific ones,with material incentives but seldom spiritual satisfaction.The achievements need theory believes that whether a person with a high intellectual background can work wholeheartedly depends mainly on the satisfaction degree of achievement needs,power needs,and affinity needs.Based on the achievement need theory,the managers of university collaborative innovation teams should understand and respond to individual goals of team members,create a relaxed and happy team work atmosphere,and build close and harmonious team interpersonal relationships.
