摘要
受现行教育体制、人事编制及各自办学特点等因素的影响,独立学院自有师资队伍稳定性差,特别是工科教师队伍构建难,成为制约独立学院发展的一个重要因素。基于埃德加·沙因的人性假设理论,从经济人、社会人、自我实现人和复杂人等四个维度出发,分析影响独立学院工科教师队伍构建的原因,提出打通人事关系、改革薪酬分配、开放职称评聘、拓宽引进渠道和重视生涯规划等建议,以期对独立学院工科教师队伍构建有所裨益。
Influenced by the current education system,personnel establishment and school-running characteristics,the stability of faculty in independent colleges is inferior and the construction of engineering faculty is especially difficult.These have become the key restriction factors for the development of independent college.Based on Edgar H.Schein’s theory of human nature assumption,this paper analyzes the influence factors for the construction of engineering faculty in independent colleges from the dimensions of economic man,social man,self-actualization man and complex man.It puts forward suggestions in order to contribute to the construction of engineering faculty in independent colleges,such as to reform personnel relationships and salary distribution;to open professional titles evaluation;to broaden the channels for the teachers’ induction;and,to value career planning.
