“一带一路”战略下来华留学生事务管理模式论析

Analysis of the Affairs Management Mode of International Students in China under the Strategy of “Belt and Road Initiative”

国家层面"一带一路"战略为高等教育国际化创造了重要发展机遇,针对规模庞大的"一带一路"沿线国家来华留学生教育管理,需要在分析"一带一路"沿线国家政治经济文化特点的基础上,查摆目前留学生教育管理过程中的问题和不足。通过强化海外教育的实体化管理、引导留学生自我管理服务和中华优秀传统文化的仪式教育等多维方式,实现留学生事务管理,真正让留学中国成为我国高等教育国际化的靓丽名片。

The＂Belt and Road Initiative＂at the national level has created important opportunities for the internationalization of higher education.For the large scale of international students in China from the countries along the＂Belt and Road Initiative,＂education management should be based on the distinctive political,economic and cultural characteristics in the countries along the＂Belt and Road Initiative.＂The problems and shortages in overseas student education management should be revealed.In order to implement the management mode of international college students’ affairs and make＂studying abroad in China＂become an important content of internationalization of Chinese higher education,this paper raises the following suggestions：intensifying the management in overseas education,leading overseas students’ self-management and strengthening the ritual education of Chinese outstanding traditional culture.
