精英学生培养中主体欲求与客体期望的矛盾问题分析——以中国矿业大学孙越崎学院为例

Analysis on the Paradox between Objective Expectations and Subjective Desires in Elite Student Cultivation:A Case Study of Sun Yueqi Honors College of China University of Mining and Technology

摘要 近些年来,在国家政策的推动下,高校纷纷成立精英学院探索拔尖人才培养。选拔进入精英学院的学生被外界寄予了很高的期望,但实际工作中却发现精英学生的主体欲求难以与外界期望相吻合。文章运用问卷调查的方法,分析了这一矛盾的具体表现和负面影响,认为解决这一矛盾的根本任务是加强理想信念教育,重要手段是自信教育和挫折教育,必经之路是进行目标分解,最终目标是实现主体欲求与客体期望的统一。 Driven by national policy,many universities in recent years have set up elite colleges to explore the cultivation ways of elite students who are selected and highly expected to perform well.However,in fact,the paradox between external expectation and subjective desires has been found in some elite students.Via questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the manifestation of this paradox and its negative effect and concludes that the fundamental task to solve this problem is to strengthen ambition and belief education.A significant development is to carry out confidence and frustration education;the inevitable process is target decomposition;and,the final goal is to harmonize external expectations and subjective desires.
