普通高校体育教学有效教学交往构建研究

Research on the Construction of Efficient Teaching Communication for Physical Education in Colleges

体育教学大多在开放性场地实施开放性教学。维持规范的课堂秩序、营造良好的教学氛围、实施科学的教学方法、有效的推动教学进程进而最大程度的实现教学目标等都需要以师生之间有效的教学交往为前提。本文构建了体育教学有效教学交往的对策:增强师生教学交往的意识、创设教学交往的良好环境、提升师生教学交往的能力、建立师生民主平等的交往关系、构建教学交往有效性的评价反馈机制。

Teaching communication is a significant point in the circle of teaching.The effect of better communication directly influences the result of teaching and learning.Physical education classes are commonly opening education in open areas.Efficient teaching communication between teachers and students is the premise for maintaining standard class discipline,creating a good teaching atmosphere,implementing scientific teaching methods and also for promoting teaching process and achieving the teaching goal as much as possible.The strategies to construct an efficient teaching communication are listed in the paper.This includes raising awareness of teaching communication between teachers and students;creating aproper environment for teaching communication;strengthening the capability of teaching communication;building equal relationships between teachers and students;and,constructing evaluation feedback system for the efficiency of teaching communication.
