摘要
目前聚丙烯被广泛的应用于生产生活中,聚丙烯性能的优化也一直是人们研究的重点问题。优化的关键是提高聚丙烯的规整度和结晶度,本文的高结晶聚丙烯是介绍加入不同的成核剂来提高聚丙烯的结晶度和规整度,以及成核剂的作用机理,同时介绍了α晶型成核剂、β晶型成核剂以及新型复合成核剂的的特点、作用效果及发展前景。
Polypropylene is widely used in the automotive field and engineering plastics, and the optimization of polypropylene properties has always been a hot issue. The key to optimizing the polypropylene is the regulation of its molecular regularity and crystal size, and the modification of nucleating agent is a relatively simple method. This paper introduces that add the different nucleating agents to improve the crystallinity and regularity of crystalline polypropylene and mechanism of action; also introduces the characteristics, effect and development prospect of the α crystal type nucleating agent, β crystal nucleating agent and new compound nucleating agent of polypropylene.
