Research on the construction of intelligent plant in cement industry

智能制造将是我国水泥工业发展的必由之路。本文通过对水泥智慧工厂信息系统总体架构设计,生产基础自动化系统建设,信息网络云平台建设三部分内容的阐述,设计建设集生产运营、智能巡检、远程运维及大数据分析的信息网络云平台,实现水泥生产装备智能化,控制自动化,管理信息化,构建一个高效节能、绿色环保、环境舒适的水泥智慧工厂。

Intelligent manufacturing will be the essential way for the development of cement industry in China. This paper illustrates the elaboration of overall framework design, automatic system construction and information network cloud platform construction of cement intelligent factory. The research aims to design the information network cloud platform which integrates production operation, intelligent inspection, long-distance maintenance and large data analysis, which will promote equipment intelligence, control automation and management information for cement production, and build a highly efficient energy-saving, green, environmental comfortable and integrated cement intelligent plant.
