摘要
由我公司总承包的阿塞拜疆5000TPD熟料水泥生产线,水泥粉磨系统由φ5x15m球磨机配套O-sepa N3500高效选粉机构成,在水泥磨调试期间,发现往选粉机喂料的支管分配物料不均匀,而影响了选粉机的选粉效率及产量。我们对出现的问题进行分析,并对入料溜子做了改进,取得了良好的效果。
The cement mill systems in AZAIBAIJIAN 5,000 TPD GREEN FIELD CEMENT PROJECT which is contracted by Beijing Triumph Building Engineering Co.,Ltd. includes one φ5 x15m ball mill and O-sepa separator(N3500).During cement mill commissioning, it was found that there was material maldistribution at separator branch inlet chute which affected separating efficiency and capacity of the separator. So we analyzed the problem, and improved the feeding chute, then achieve good results.
