摘要
现有的乳化沥青破乳时间通过人为观测来确定,会因个人及环境等条件的不同,致使破乳时间存在不准确性。本文在不同养护时间下,通过旋转压实方法成型多组马歇尔平行试件,记录不同养护条件下试件的压实圈数、压实高度及曲线变化,通过不同压实圈数对应的压实高速曲线,及不同养护时间下的15℃劈裂强度曲线拐点,确定冷再生技术的破乳时间。结果表明,与人为定性观测4小时破乳相比,养护时间在5小时成型的试件,压实高度递减至最小,15℃劈裂强度递增至最大,出现破乳时间拐点。因此,通过该种方法定量表征水泥-乳化沥青冷再生技术破乳时间更精确。
The transportation and construction time of asphalt mixture are limited by demulsification speed of cement-emulsified asphalt cold recycled technology,and the roller compacted time is affected by the working time,too.The time of demulsification is identified by artificially qualitative observations at current time. It observed artificially and qualitatively is different due to the different people and different environment.False appearance of demulsification can lead to the appearance that the real demulsification time is determined difficultly. In the paper, many marshall specimens form in different curing time, and then observer quantitatively the vary of compaction laps, compaction height,15℃ splitting strength.The results show that, compared with the 4 hours of artificial qualitative observation, the curing time of the specimens formed in the form of the curing time of 5 hours decreased to the minimum,and the splitting strength increased to the maximum at the temperature of 15 ℃,and the turning point of demulsification time appeared. Therefore,this evaluation method can be used to characterize quantitatively the time of demulsification of cement-emulsified asphalt cold recycled technology.
