摘要 本文采用异戊烯基聚氧乙烯基醚(TPEG)、丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)及白糖为原材料,在引发剂作用下,以较低温度(40~45℃)合成一种抗泥型聚羧酸保坍剂。研究发现,白糖取代8%的聚醚参与反应时所得到的抗泥保坍剂性能最好。并对该合成样品进行了多种检测实验和FT-IR、GPC等结构表征。该合成样品具有成本低、抗泥性及保坍性好等优点。 A new kind of polycarboxylate slump-retaining agent with highly anti-mud ability was synthesized by reaction of methyl allylpolyethenoxy(TPEG),acrylic acid(AA), hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA) with sucrose in the presence of initiator at low temperature(40-45 centigrade).The results showed that the performance of polycarboxylate slump-retaining agent with highly anti-mud ability produced by the reaction was optimal when 8% of methyl allylpolyethenoxy(TPEG) was replaced by sucrose.The synthesized samples were used to carry out test experiments and the structural characterization of FT-IR,GPC etc. Also,it has low cost,highly anti-mud ability and highly slump-retaining effect.
