国内水泥企业碳资产管理分析

Analysis of carbon assets management in domestic cement enterprises

据统计,水泥工业的二氧化碳排放占工业总排放的26%,推动水泥企业的碳资产管理建设,对达成工业碳减排目标具有重要意义。本文通过对水泥企业碳资产管理现状及问卷调查结果进行分析,梳理了水泥企业碳资产管理的难点与要点。进而提出,从政策、行业及企业层面推动水泥企业的碳资产管理能力建设。

According to statistics, the cement industry’s carbon dioxide emissions accounted for 26% of total industrial emissions.Promoting the construction of carbon assets management in cement enterprises,it is benefit to achieve the goal of industrial carbon emission reduction. This paper analyses the state of carbon assets management in cement enterprises and the results of questionnaires, and researches the difficulties and key points of carbon assets management in cement enterprises.Furthermore,it proposes to promote the construction of carbon assets management capacity of cement enterprises from policy, industry and enterprise level.
