完善消防法制与执法规范化建设的几点建议

Some suggestions on improving the standardization of fire law and law enforcement

随着我国社会的不断发展,我国公民的自我保护意识和法律意识有明显提高,由于城市建设脚步不断加快,遇到的各类消防问题也随之增多,消防执法面临的压力越来越大,对执法规范化有了更高的要求,因此,需要结合实际工作,进一步加强我国消防法制与执法规范化建设,基于此,作者从自身工作经验分析整理,为我国消防法制与执法规范建设提供几点建议,以供参考。

With the continuous development of our society,our country citizen’s self-protection awareness and legal awareness has improved significantly,as the city continues to accelerate the pace of construction, various types of fire problems also increases the pressure and fire law enforcement faces more and have higher requirements,so the standardization of law enforcement, according to the actual work,to further strengthen the construction of legal system and law enforcement,fire code of our country based on this, the author’s own experience from the analysis, provide some suggestions for China’s legal system of fire control and law enforcement standardized construction, for reference.
