摘要
论证了冷连轧负荷分配可以用热连轧Φ函数负荷分配方法,区别仅m计算公式不同。得出的冷连轧Φ函数无迭代的负荷分配方法,用武钢引进时德国提供的负荷分配数据和武钢1700冷连轧的实际数据验证了模型的完全实用性;还用了大量宜昌五机架八辊冷连轧机实测数据验证,并证明了冷连轧国外负荷分配模型迭代计算出来的实际设定厚度分配与热连轧一样存在着不合理现象。
It is proved that the load distribution method of hot rolling can be used in the load distribution of cold rolling,and the difference is only the calculation method of M. The load distribution method of cold rolling Φ-function is non-iterative and practical by contrasting the actual data of load distribution data and the introduction of Germany provided by WISCO 1700 cold rolling mill,also it is used a large number of Yichang five stands with eight rollers cold rolling mill test data verification,and it is proved the actual thickness distribution of the cold rolling is also unreasonable,the same as on the hot rolling.
