摘要
针对传统的气氛保护加热炉炉门出现的问题,提出了一种改进结构的炉门及其升降装置。实践表明,上述结构的应用提高了炉门的密封效果,降低了设备的生产和维护成本,保证生产工艺的连续性,提高炉子的使用安全性和可靠性。
Aiming at the problems of traditional protective atmosphere furnace door,an improved furnace door and lifting device are proposed. Practice shows that the improved structure could improve the sealing effect of furnace door and reduces the costs of production and maintenance,ensure the continuity of the production process,improve the safety and reliability of the furnace.
