对高炉无料钟炉顶设备气密箱倾动减速机进行了介绍,针对蜗轮磨损失效的原因进行了分析,提出了改进建议,并对不同结构形式的蜗杆副特点进行了探讨。

In this paper,the gas-seal box of blast furnace bell less furnace top equipment is introduced.The reasons for the failure of the tilting worm gear wear are analyzed,the suggests for improvement are put forward.The advantages and disadvantages of different types of worm pairs are discussed.
