摘要
介绍压球机工作原理,简述压球机液压系统的功能要求和应用中出现的液压缸管路压力过高问题。利用AMEsim软件建立了压球机液压系统的模型,以模拟压辊工作及辊缝增大的工况。在不同预充氮气压力和蓄能器不同容积下运行仿真,分析蓄能器预充氮气压力、容积参数与压辊油缸压力的关系,得到蓄能器优化参数,为现场压球机改造提供了理论数据。
The working principle of twinroller machine is introduced in this paper. The functional requirements of the hydraulic system and the high pressure problem of the hydraulic cylinder were described. In order to simulate roll gap increase in the working condition,the hydraulic system model is established by AMEsim software.The simulations is carried out at different precharge nitrogen pressures and different accumulator volumes. The relationship between the precharge nitrogen pressure,accumulator volumes and the cylinder pressure by analyzing were obtained. And the optimal parameters were obtained. The optimization work provides theoretical data for the modification of machine.
