摘要
介绍了一种新型平整花纹薄板的方法。此方法并非采取传统平整矫直方式改善板型质量,而是通过机械设备选型、电气控制程序优化、工作辊辊形选取三个方面着力解决平整花纹板的问题,从而达到提高产量,稳定质量,降低生产成本的目的,有效满足了用户的需求。
A new technology was introduced for checked plate leveling with none straightening method to improve slab quality. The problem of flat pattern plate is solved by the selection of mechanical equipment,optimization of electrical control procedure and the selection of roller. And the output was improved,the quality was stabilized,the production cost was reduced,and the user＇ s demand was met effectively.
