摘要 作为钙离子激活的氯离子通道(Ca CCs)分子基础的跨膜蛋白16A(TMEM16A)分布于人体多种组织器官中,对许多生理和病理过程具有重要意义。近年来,对TMEM16A在女性生殖系统中分布和作用的研究逐渐增多,比如参与子宫平滑肌的收缩、影响卵巢颗粒细胞雌激素的合成以及调节卵母细胞的形态等,这些都提示了TMEM16A在女性生殖系统中的生理重要性。现本文将就TMEM16A在女性生殖系统各方面的最新研究进展进行综述。 Transmembrane protein 16A (TMEM16A), the molecular basis of calcium-activated chloride chan-nels (CaCCs), is distributed in various tissues and organs of human body and has important significance in many physio-logical and pathological processes. In recent years, study on distribution and function of TMEM16A in female reproduc-tive system has gradually increased, such as the contraction of uterine smooth muscle, the synthesis of estrogen in ovari-an granulosa cells and the regulation of oocyte morphology, all of which suggest the physiological importance of TMEM16A in female reproductive system. This article will review the latest research progress of TMEM16A in the fe-male reproductive system.
