摘要
"一带一路"倡议提出后,我国与哈萨克斯坦在贸易、能源、金融、投资和旅游各领域的合作不断深化,霍尔果斯口岸作为我国向西开放的桥头堡,在推动中哈跨境经济合作中发挥着重要作用。但是霍尔果斯口岸仍存在基础设施不完善、中哈霍尔果斯国际边境合作中心建设进程缓慢、法律制度欠缺、旅游服务业落后、受欧亚经济联盟影响等问题。对此本文提出了相应的对策建议。
The cooperation between China and Kazakhstan in the fields of trade energy financeinvestment and tourism is growing after “ the Belt and Road” initiative proposed Horgos port as atransportation hub of China to westward openingup plays an important role on crossborder economiccooperation between China and Kazakhstan However there are still some problems in Horgos port suchas the imperfect infrastructure the slow progress of construction and the lack of legal system of ChinaKazakhstan Horgos International Frontier Cooperation Center the backwardness of tourism service industryand the influence of the Eurasian Economic Union Then this paper gives some corresponding suggestions
