摘要
对法国区域自然公园进行了较为全面的基础研究,介绍了法国区域自然公园的创建背景、发展进程、目标、组织管理机构及相关法律等方面,总结出法国区域自然公园模式的4点特征,即自下而上的建立、跨区域的合作、欠发达乡村地区的可持续发展以及规划政策具有较强的针对性,并探讨了法国区域自然公园对我国的经验借鉴。
This paper conducts a fundamental research about the French regional natural parks. We give a comprehensive analysis and introduce the background, process, aims, organization, and relevant laws of the regional natural parks, based on which, four characteristics of French regional natural park were summarized. They are establishing from the top down, cross-regional collaboration, sustainable development in under-developed rural area, and the strong pertinence of planning policies. Meanwhile, the experiences that China could learn from were discussed.
