摘要
文章介绍指出了传统的动力匹配问题,在案例模拟中对整车性能要求进行了分解,通过对发动机的特性曲线的研究,重点说明了发动机四大参数的选择与调整,及其对爬坡度、最高车速的影响,并在粗略的档位匹配过程中简析了高档位选择中的燃油经济性因素。通过从理论层面对公司某代表轻卡车型进行动力总成、传动系选择匹配的尝试,践行了正向动力匹配思想,为其在实践中的应用奠定一定基础。
This paper introduces and points out the problems with the traditional way of power-train matching. In the following case, it brakes down the specific requirements of the target vehicle, and through studying the engine performance curve, it mainly explains the selecting and adjusting of the “four major parameters” of the engine and its influence on climbing performance and maximum speed. Meanwhile, it also analyzes the fuel economy in selecting higher gear ratio. Though the method demonstrated in this paper, the performance of the vehicle can be optimized before mass production.
