摘要 为提高整车的安全性能及轻量化水平,研究设计了一种铝合金材料的车用吸能盒。应用显示有限元法对铝合金吸能盒与传统钢制吸能盒的轴向耐撞性能进行了仿真对比分析,结果表明:在相同的碰撞条件下,铝合金吸能盒的比吸能为23KJ/kg,是传统钢制吸能盒的2.9倍;铝合金吸能盒的质量为1.3kg,较传统吸能盒的质量降低了0.8kg。结论:所设计的铝合金吸能盒较传统钢制吸能盒有着较好的轻量化水平及耐撞性能。 In order to improve the safety performance and the level of light weight of the vehicle, the research designed a kind of aluminum alloy energy-absorbing box. The finite element method was used to simulate the axial crashworthiness of the aluminum alloy energy-absorbing box and traditional steel energy-absorbing box.The result showed that in the same collision conditions, the specific energy-absorption of the aluminum alloy energy-absorbing box was 23KJ/kg, which was 2.9 times of the traditional steel energy-absorbing box. The mass of the aluminum alloy energy-absorbing box was 1.3kg, which was 0.8kg lower than the traditional energy-absorbing box. Conclusion: The designed aluminum alloy energy-absorbing box has better lightweight level and crashworthiness than the traditional steel energy-absorbing box.
