摘要 电动助力转向(EPS)符合现代汽车电子化、智能化发展的要求,成为现在动力转向技术研究的焦点。论文中介绍了EPS系统的基本组成。在ECU的硬件电路设计方面,文中主要涉及的有电机控制电路、过电流保护电路、继电器控制电路、输入信号接口电路、电磁离合器控制电路、故障诊断电路等。完成了EPS系统ECU实物的研制,完成了各个模块和整体电路需要在实验室阶段所需的硬件调试。 Electric power steering (EPS) conforms to the requirement of modern automobile electronic and intelligent development, become the focus of power steering technology research now.The thesis introduces the basic composition of EPS system.In terms of ECU hardware circuit design, this paper mainly relates to a motor control circuit, over current protection circuit, relay control circuit, the input signal interface circuit, electromagnetic clutch control circuit, the circuit fault diagnosis, etc.Completed the development of the EPS system ECU physical, needed to complete the various modules and the overall circuit in the laboratory stage the hardware debugging.
