转向系统的优化设计对整车方向盘振动问题的改善研究

摘要 国内某车企将某款商用车的变速箱由MT变更为AT后,进行整车NVH性能主观评价时,发现在怠速开空调、D档的工况下方向盘振动过大影响驾驶员的驾驶舒适性。针对此问题,分析方向盘振动的来源和机理,通过优化转向系统的结构来改善方向盘振动问题,并运用试验来验证其有效性。 An automobile company changed manual transmission (MT) to auto transmission (AT) on a commercial vehicle in domestic, when evaluated the vehicle NVH performance subjectively, finding that steering wheel had too much vibration which would lead bad driving comfort in idle and air conditioning on, or forward gear. By analyzing the source and mechanism of the steering wheel vibration, optimizing the structural of the steering system can improve this issue, and using the experiment to verify the correctness of new design at last.
