一种纯电动汽车尾灯的结构设计

摘要 汽车尾灯在行车时提供安全提示,为法规要求必须安装的灯具,尾灯造型复杂多变,有后雾灯,后转向灯,后倒车灯,后位置灯,后制动灯等功能。文章的一种纯电动汽车尾灯的组合结构,将五种功能集成在一个灯体里,通过综合运用散热结构,功能布置及安装定位方式,不仅实现该尾灯的功能,而且满足灯具本身的外观要求及装车的间隙面差要求,还减轻了重量,结构简单,安装可靠。 Rear lamp can provide safety tips while driving. It must meet the regulation. Rear lamp has the function of rear fog lamp, rear turn signal lamp, rear reverse lamp, rear position lamp and rear stop lamp. The rear lamp of pure electric car combine 5 function into 1 lamp body. Apply comprehensive use of heat dissipation structure, function layout, and installation location mode to implement the rear lamp function. The lamp can meet the requirements of gaps and the appearance, it can also ease the weight, simplify the structure and easy to assemble.
