摘要
文章建立了整车条件下轮胎滚动半径与车速和轮边驱动力的测试模型。基于美国NI c RIO控制器构建了测试系统,进行了系统的台架试验,基于试验数据对测试模型进行参数拟合。结果表明实测数据与模型数据相关度高,相关系数为96.64%,说明论文研究方法是合理有效的。论文研究为整车测试中轮胎滚动半径获取和研究提供了参考。
A new dynamical modeling method for wheel rolling radius based on the whole vehicle test is put forward in the paper. The test system was constructed based on the controller of America NI cRIO, and the systematic tests were conducted. All the test data were employed to fit the model parameters. The results show that the high correlation coefficient 96.64% between the test data and the model data was achieved, which verified the effectiveness of the modeling method. This study provides a means to achieve the wheel rolling radius for whole vehicle tests.
