摘要
近年来随着新材料性能的发展,少片板簧被广泛运用于重型卡车的悬架系统。但因其结构特征,少片板簧在重型汽车上的使用也存在一定的局限性。从板簧动刚度、悬架的平顺性、恶劣路况下板簧在冲击载荷下应力等方面,通过少片板簧、多片板簧的对比,对少片板簧在重型汽车后悬架的适用性作了具体分析。
With the development of new materials technology in recent years, the few-ladf spring is widely used in the suspension system of heavy truck.But there are some limitations to the use of few-ladf spring on heavy vehicles, because of its structural characteristics.In this paper, from the dynamic rigidity of the leaf spring, the smooth performance of suspension, the stress of the leaf spring under the impact load of the bad road condition, etc., through the contrast of the few-ladf spring and the multi-leaf spring, it specifically analyzes the applicability of the few-ladf spring in the rear suspension of heavy vehicles.
