摘要
手动变速器选、换挡力是评价整车换挡性能的重要指标。文章介绍的包含详细同步器的整车系统仿真模型,可模拟车辆行驶过程中变速器同步器的同步运动过程,仿真分析手柄球换挡力特性曲线。换挡力的仿真结果与GSA试验结果相吻合。基于此模块化的整车系统仿真模型,可对换挡机构和同步器等结构参数进行优化,可评估新产品的换挡品质,为同步器等关键元件的设计提供依据。
Shift force of manual transmission is an important index of vehicle performance evaluation.In this paper contains a detailed synchronizer, a simulation model of vehicle system can simulate the transmission process of a vehicle traveling in the synchronous movement of each block synchronizer simulation analysis handles the ball shift force characteristic curve.The simulation result of the shift force in conformity with the GSA test results. Based on the modular vehicle system simulation model for shift institutions and synchronizer optimization of structure parameters such as, can evaluate the shift quality of new products, such as synchronizer provides the reference for the design of key components.
