10kV户外柱上断路器短路开断试验中一体式隔离开关触头烧蚀影响分析 被引量:10

摘要 针对目前配电线路上开始大规模使用的10kV柱上断路器,为保证设备质量,对货前设备进行特殊试验抽检,在试验中发现了额定短路电流开断试验中一体化隔离开关触头烧损问题。文章通过对接触电阻、触头夹紧力、刀闸位置调校等可能的影响因素进行分析,并通过不合格样品整改前后试验数据的比对,找出导致刀闸烧损的关键因素。为相关设备选型、关键工艺管控、质量监督等工作提供参考,从而确保柱上断路器的到货质量及安全可靠运行。 Currently, lOkV column circuit breakers are widely used in distribution lines, to ensure the quality of equipment,Beijing Power Grid Company organized a special test sampling before arrival, and found burnout problem in rated short-circuit current breaking test. In this paper, the contact resistance, contact clamping force, knife position adjustment and other possible influencing factors were analyzed. The test data of unqualified samples before and after rectification were compared to find out the key factors leading to burnout. It can provide references for related equipment selection, key process control, quality supervision and other work to ensure the arrival quality and safe and reliable operation of on-line circuit breakers.
