食品检测中基于荧光标记的DNA分子和氧化石墨烯体系检测汞离子 被引量:1

摘要 本文构建了一种食品检测中氧化石墨烯/金纳米粒子(GO/AuNPs)的荧光传感平台,选用带有荧光基团的DNA适配体作为荧光探针。当DNA适配体依附到氧化石墨烯(GO)表面上,荧光产生猝灭;加入金属离子汞(Hg^(2+))后,荧光强度恢复。根据荧光强度的变化,得到Hg^(2+)的检测限为5 nM,检测范围在0-200 nM之间。此外,基于GO/AuNPs的荧光传感器可发展成为接受并检测多种目标分子的技术平台。
