益生菌与肠道黏膜免疫研究进展

Research Progress on Association of Probiotics with Intestinal Mucosal Immunity

健康人肠道中益生菌群占优势,不仅发挥着排斥病原微生物的作用,而且尤为重要的是益生菌能刺激、增强和调节黏膜免疫系统,在肠道和全身免疫中发挥着重要作用。益生菌对肠道和健康的影响以及对一些疾病的治疗作用日益受到重视,成为当今一个热门研究领域。从与肠道菌群的关系、对肠道黏膜免疫的影响、对疾病的治疗作用等方面对益生菌与肠道黏膜免疫研究进展进行综述,以期为益生菌的合理开发应用提供参考。

Probiotics are dominant in gut flora of healthy human. They exhibit antagonistic effect against pathogenic microorganisms and regulative effect on mucosal immune system, which plays significant roles in intestinal and general immunity. The effect of probiotics on intestinal health and their therapeutic effect on some diseases attract more and more attention, which makes probiotics become a currently hot research topic. In this paper, the research progress on association of probiotics with intestinal mucosal immunity was reviewed from the following aspects: the relationship between probiotics and gut flora, effect of probiotics on intestinal mucosal immunity, and therapeutic effect of probiotics on diseases, in hoping to provide references for the rational development and application of probiotics products.
