基于宠物行业《兽医外科学》“五阶段循环”实践教学模式的构建

Establishment of a Practical Teaching Mode of "Five Stages Circulation" in Veterinary Surgery with Focus on Pet Industry

立足于宠物行业,通过市场调查分析、职业能力分析、教学环境的开发、教学的实施以及教学管理与评价等5个阶段进行《兽医外科学》实践教学体系的构建,最终通过近3年的时间在宜春学院成功构建《兽医外科学》"五阶段循环"实践教学模式。该模式以宠物行业职业能力需要为导向,强调与行业接轨的专业技能的培养,实施后实践教学效果得到很大提高,同时培养出适应市场需求的应用型人才,缩减学生入职后的适应期,并加速了其就业后的职业发展进度。

With focus on pet industry, after three years of effort, a practical teaching mode of "five stages circulation" in Veterinary Surgery was established in Yichun University from the following five aspects: market survey and analysis, occupational ability evaluation, teaching environment development, teaching implementation, and teaching management and assessment. This mode is guided by the requirement of occupational ability in pet industry and emphasizes the training of professional skills associated with pet industry. By implementation of the "five stages circulation" mode, the practical teaching effect was largely improved, the application-oriented talents with adaptability to market were cultivated, the adaptation period of the undergraduates after vocational entrance was shortened, and the occupational development progress of the undergraduates was accelerate.
