摘要
猪流行性腹泻(porcine epidemic diarrhea,PED),是由猪流行性腹泻病毒(porcine epidemic diarrhea virus,PEDV)引起的一种肠道传染性疾病。其主要临床特征为水样腹泻、呕吐和脱水。近年来,在全球范围内广泛流行,且在亚洲东南部的流行趋势最为广泛,给全球范围内养猪业带来了严重的经济损失。目前,最为有效的防治手段是疫苗接种,PED疫苗已经从灭活苗、弱毒苗发展到了基因工程疫苗。主要综述了猪流行性腹泻疫苗的研究进展,以期对以后的疫苗研发提供参考。
Porcine epidemic diarrhea(PED) is an intestinal contagious disease caused by porcine epidemic diarrhea virus(PEDV). PED is clinically characterized by watery diarrhea, vomiting and dehydration. Recently, it has become widespread throughout the world and highly prevails in Southeast Asia. This disease has been causing serious damage to the pig farming industry around the world. Currently, the most effective way to prevent PED is vaccination. The PEDV vaccines have developed from inactivated vaccines and attenuated vaccines to genetic engineering vaccines. In this article, we review the most recent progress on vaccines for PEDV, in hoping to provide theoretical supports for the development of PEDV vaccines.
