河南省高校国家自然科学基金资助论文竞争力的计量分析研究——基于InCites^(TM)视角

Bibliometric Analysis of the Competitiveness of Theses Funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China in Henan Colleges——Based on InCites^(TM) Perspective

本文借助新一代InCites^(TM)平台,基于国家自然科学基金资助的视角,从学科分布,期刊分布和国际合作三个方面对2009至2016年间河南省高校发表的科学基金论文做计量分析,主要采用的计量指标有Web of Science论文数、学科规范化的引文影响力、ESI高被引论文、热点论文、期刊Q分区、影响因子、国际合作论文等。计量结果在一定程度上揭示了国家自然科学基金的资助绩效,力求为科技管理部门提供有价值的实证。

With the aid of the new-generation InCitesTM platform, based on the perspective of the funding by the National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC), from three aspects of discipline distribution, journal distribution and international cooperation, this paper conducts quantitative analysis on science foundation funding papers released by colleges and universities in Henan Province from 2009 to 2016, and the main adopted quantitative indexes include Web of Science documents, discipline normalized citation impact, ESI highly cited papers, hot papers,journal Q zones, influential factors, international cooperation papers, etc. Quantitative results have revealed the funding performance of National Natural Science Foundation of China to some extent, striving to providing valuable demonstration for scientific and technological management department.
