摘要
近年来,女性驾驶员人数逐年增加,但汽车约束系统的开发多以男性驾驶员为研究目标,如何更好地保护身材矮小的女性驾驶员成为被动安全领域一个亟待解决的问题。运用多刚体动力学分析软件(MADYMO)建立某款车型正面碰撞的乘员约束系统仿真模型,将仿真结果和实车试验碰撞结果进行对比,验证模型的有效性。利用引入的综合伤害指标WIC以及WICF作为优化目标,通过正交试验及极差分析法,综合选取兼顾男女驾驶员的优化参数;在分析男性驾驶员模型最优解的基础上,利用逼近准则,选择9组符合要求的参数组合代入女性驾驶员模型,利用提出的加权函数WICA对男女驾驶员伤害进行兼顾优化。最后经与初始模型对比发现:男女驾驶员伤害在优化后都得到显著减少,达到兼顾女性驾驶员约束系统研究的目的。
Currently,the number of female drivers increases year by year,but the development of automotive restraint systems mostly focuses on male drivers as the research target,how to protect the diminutive female drivers better has become a serious problem in the field of passive safety.MADYMO software has been used to establish a driver constraint system model for impact simulation for a certain type of car. The simulation and real vehicle collision test results were compared to verifythe validity of the emulational model. It selects sensitive parameters both male and female drivers by orthogonal test and range analysis,and based on this condition it optimizes the model of male drivers firstly,and then uses approach criterion,selects parameter combinations of several groups of objective function values close to the optimal solution and puts them into the female driver model calculated,and uses weighting function to optimize both men and women drivers' model. Finally,compared with the original model,the optimal degree of injury of the male and female pilots are optimized.
