摘要
采用传统的熔融淬冷法制备了BaO-TiO_2-SiO_2高介电玻璃,研究了CaO取代BaO对玻璃结构和性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着CaO取代量的增加,玻璃中Ti的配位形式发生了改变,玻璃中桥氧数目先增多后减少;摩尔体积和热膨胀系数逐渐减小,玻璃网络结构的连接程度增大;玻璃的密度也逐渐减小;玻璃的硬度和紫外截止波长都出现了极值,表明随着CaO逐步取代BaO,该体系玻璃中出现了混合碱土效应(MAEE);热膨胀系数没有出现MAEE,表明本体系玻璃热膨胀性能对MAEE的敏感性较低。
BaO-TiO_2-SiO_2 high dielectric glass was prepared by traditional melt quenching method.The effect of calcium substituted barium on the structure and properties of glass was investigated. The results showed that the coordination of Ti was changed and the number of bridge oxygen in glass network increased first and then decreased with the increase of the amount of CaO substitution. Themolar volume and thermal expansion coefficient decreased gradually. The degree of connectivity of the glass network increased,and the density decreased. The extreme value of hardness and UV cut-off wavelength in glass was observed,indicating that the mixed alkaline-earth effect( MAEE) was existed with the gradual substitution of CaO for BaO. The thermal expansion coefficient did not appear MAEE,certifying the MAAE sensitivity of the thermal expansion property of the glass was small.
