摘要
采用单级生物接触氧化池和PVC改性填料处理人工配置的原水,通过改变原水COD浓度、温度、气液比、进水流量,对填料的挂膜时间和工艺的运行效能进行分析,获得较好的工况参数。结果表明:有机负荷和温度均会对挂膜时间产生影响,原水浓度越高,挂膜完成时间越短;环境温度为30℃左右时,挂膜时间较短;采用好氧生物接触法对污水进行处理时,必须要有适量的溶解氧供给;对本研究所示的单级生物接触氧化池,建议控制气液比为10∶1。
The single-stage biological contact oxidation tank and PVC modified filler were used to treat the sewage. By analyzing biofilm formation and operating efficacy by changing the sewage concentration,temperature, gas-liquid ratio, influent flow, and we finally get better working conditions parameters. Results shows that the sewage concentration and temperature have influence on the biofilm formation,and the higher sewage 's concentration is,the shorter biofilm formation is;biofilm formation is short when temperature is about 30 ℃. It is necessary to have an appropriate amount of gas-liquid ratio. When the aerobic biological contact method is used to treat the sewage.For the single-stage biological contact oxidation tank shown in this paper,it is recommended to control the gas-water ratio to 10∶ 1.
