昆钢220kV总降压站主变降容优化

摘要 昆明钢铁有限责任公司自2015年11月对生产组织结构进行调整后,生产用电负荷发生了较大的变化。根据公司远期规划分析,实际用电负荷与现有装机容量存在较大偏差,需进行节能改造,因此对昆钢220kV变电站主变降容,提高变压器的利用率并且降低电费支出。提出了改造方案,经分析确定主变降容,改造完成后经济效益可观。 After the adjustment of production organization of Kunming Steel in November 2015, the power load of production had changed greatly. Through analysis of the company's long-term planning, it was known that there was a big deviation between the actual load and existing installed capacity, requiring energy saving reform. So the capacity of the main transformer at the 220kV substation was reduced to improve the utilization rate of the transformer and reduce electricity cost. A reform scheme was put forward and the amount of capacity to be reduced was determined. Considerable economic benefit of the modification has been achieved.
