摘要 马钢20000m^3/h制氧机分子筛电加热器连续9次发生故障,包括2次机组跳车,加热管多次烧坏,详细分析了原因,采取了一系列解决措施,使电加热器故障频率大幅降低,故障问题得到解决。 The molecular sieve electric heater of Ma Steel's 20000 m^3/h air separation unit successively had nine breakdowns, including two unit tripping and repeatedly burnout of the heating pipe. The causes were analyzed in detail and a series of measures were taken,which has significantly reduced the frequency of the electric heater failures and solved the breakdown problem.
