摘要 汽动高炉鼓风机组能源转换环节少,经济性相对容易保障,但影响安全稳定运行的因素多。电动高炉鼓风机组运行灵活性好,可靠性相对较高,但能源转换环节多,经济性不容易得到保障。两种拖动方式各有优缺点,选用那种拖动方式更为经济、合理受到广泛关注。对此进行了技术经济对比分析,以求得到明确结论,并通过分析得出影响经济性的因素。 In steam blast furnace blower unit there are fewer energy conversion links so it is relatively more economical, but there are more factors affecting safe and stable operation; while electric blast furnace blower unit is more flexible in operation with higher reliability, but there are more energy conversion links in it, and it is relatively less economical.The two drive types each have its own advantages and disadvantages, so the choice between the two draws much attention. Technical and economic comparative analysis was carried out in the paper in an attempt to get a clear conclusion; and factors influencing the economy were found through the analysis.
